[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Cheating on special recharges

My number [protected].. I got it recharged of Rs. 70 because this tariff says to provide 100 rupees on 'every' recharge of 70. When I called to the customer care, they said that it is a magic recharge, you may or may not get 100. But whenever I check my balance by dialing *367#, after balance description it shows an offer of Rs. 70 recharge which provides 100 Rs. balance on every recharge.
What kind of information is that? Please reply.

the offer means that it can provide recharge balance between Rs.62-100. it is jst like a lucky draw. u may or may not get more than 62 (i.e. minimum garuntee).
