Reliance Communications — company not giving internet speed and fraud done by telling costly recharge still i didn't get speed

reliance GSM consumer mobile number([protected]) am not getting the speed for internet(sped i get is about 2-3kbps) since 2 months i have complained about this thrice every time they take a complain and tell it would be solved in 3days but the problem is never solved in fact they reply me are u satisfied with our service your complain solved,they even asked me to do a 3G recharge still i didn't get speed and have refused to refund money for the plan they told me to use
