As per the captioned and per several ensuing complaints I wish to bring to your kind attention the appalling state of affairs with regard to the services provided by Reliance Communication.
1) First my Telephone Line 0223066.... has been down since early May 2013
2) Despite several calls to customer care, I continue to receive several false promises from the helpless Agents who lack the empowerment to keep the consumer happy.
3) After the 5th call almost 1 month later, I called and discovered that there is a line fault
4) Few days later a lady called from a 391... Number inquiring if the line was working
5) All this time the agents have been promising a full waiver
6) In the middle of June I receive a call from an agent asking me to pay my bill. I asked "for what," and he said "pay first and then we will send an a service agent to your house". (This is the standard of service a regular paying customer receives). The only reason I did not pay is because I was told that if the line is not working you will get a waiver.
7) Despite having a dead line, I spoke to agent Deepak Singh who said that if I pay he will send a technician home. I paid in five minutes because the sum was a measly Rs.420
8) No technician or agent has called me since.
Moral of the Story: The best department in Reliance is the bill collection department. They are fast, efficient and even threaten loyal customers.
Reliance needs to get its act together and provide some world class service to loyal and honest customers.
Please assist in remedying this persistent problem from a corporate giant that continues to grow in leaps and bounds
