Reliance Communications — complaint regarding bill | |||
Hi, Please read it carefully. I am a customer of reliance 3G postpaid. My number is [protected]. You can contact me at [protected]. From the time I am using it, the internet speed is not acceptable. As I was out of station, could not pay the bill so I cleared the outstanding balance and decided to discontinue the service. I have been to the Reliance Store in Palsikar(Indore). As it was delay in payment internet was disconnected and was working when I cleared the balance. The advisor asked me to pay 500/- so that I can apply for the disconnection. I was ready to pay for the notice period but I will not make the payment for the days it was disconnected, will not pay the rental for the service I have never used. The advisor started shouting and was not even ready for the conversation in order to resolve the issue. Also, you can check if I have used the internet even half of my usage balance as it was not working properly. This is not the problem, the problem is once you have disconnected the service, why are you billing me even my connection is disconnected. I need this complaint to be escalated and to be resolved as early as possible. I feel that Reliance is playing with the customers who are not aware of their rights. I request for the resolution as soon as possible. I will only pay for the notice period and will not pay for the days the service was disconnected. I have been paying my bills at the right time and being a loyal customer. Will have to find other ways if you do not take any action. Please do the needful.
