Reliance Communications — Connection not yet started

Hello Sir,

This is Harpreet Sehra from Vadodara city of Gujarat..I have given an application for reliance broadband plan but till date, i have not get it yet..I have also written the complaint but nobody given me a proper feeedback..When i am calling to customer care at vadodara, they are telling me that There is a shortage of wires, so Internet plan could not be possible right away..I am waiting since long and i am thinking that Reliance is a big name brand, and it does not have supply of wire to provide internet connection..How is this possible?? I am really fade up..I hope you will give me a proper feedback and atleast look after about customer's demand..You can contact me on my email address or phone number given below..
