Reliance Communications — custom spoked harsh words with a girl | |||
Dear Reliance Team, kindly look deeply into the matter as i spoke to customer care exec on 28th of july . and was asking about the validity of pack 299 on my reliance no. [protected].. but, i didn't get proper response from him.. So, i requested him to transfer the call to his senior exec. After transferring the call, i spoke to Mr. karanjeet and asked him about the matter... He replied that he can't give the info. about the mentioned problem... and after that he started abusing me..it looks like a deeply concerned problem that a customer care have used abuse Language.. It is a great problem to a customer And also to RELIANCE COMMUNICATION as it is a well known company all over india..
