Reliance Communications — Customer Care Block & connecting problem

Hello Sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja, My Mobile Number is -[protected]. I faced two problems at a time for a long days. 1. My customer care is blocked for a long days. I complained for it so many times to the other mobile & other way, but my problem is not resolved properly. 2. Network & link problem(call not connect properly, Two error Message show all times which are- error in connection, Network busy), then call is failed & Sms problem- Big Sms (3-4 page) not sent properly automatically saved to outbox. Please Help me sir, As early as possible.
