[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — customer care no response within 3 min time

Dear sirs

i my mobile no [protected] & my concern is last year have active Do not call & service activate & company register my complain but again company deduct amount from balance,

& when i call 198 & *222, no body can call pick 20 to 30 min & every 3 min after recorded line say cover customer care executed very busy - 2

we use 198 for cost saving but not body can pick call we try 222 but condition are same & we loss money 50 paise per 3 min,

so please provide good service & no harrse to any body
