R/Sir,mamMyself Manish Kumar,i have complain for reliance telecommunication.i had recharged my reliance cdma no with rs 599 by net banking (transaction id no -IG[protected] on 21.11.11 at 12:45 am. The validity of this voucher is 30 days i.e, ends in 20.12.11 but it ends on 29 days i.e, on 19.12.11. i had complain 3 times in customer care but my complain is not considered in reliance communication.And now they are not registered my complain.For proof, i have the recharge message with date & time.
i want to know how i get my 1 day validity? i had recharge my no on 19.12.11 of 799 (ends 18.01.12) with same facitity which 599 voucher gives.if my problem considered by you then i wnt to say that my 1 day validity is given to 19.01.12 so that my money & validity cannot waste. Thanking yours
