Reliance Communications — Database Discrepancy
Dear Sir/Madam, This is to notify you that I Pankaj Bansal had availed a reliance connection in the year 2004 with the details (CDMA mobile phone with no:[protected] but later the same no was changed to [protected]. While applying for the connection i submitted all the required documents as per the process. Unfortunately this phone got theft 20 days ago and FIR has already been logged for the same. Almost a week ago i went to Reliance Web World to get the new SIM with the same no. and got surprised that the no was listed in someone else name in the records, this raises a big concern about the database maintained by the company. I have requested the CCE to make the required modification in the database and rectify this discrepancy but I was denied by giving an excuse that the numnber can be transferred to only someone in blood relation. Note: Required Docs have been submitted by me twice, first time the docs were submitted in 2004 and second time when i changed my handset after couple of years. Kindly look into the matter so that I can get the SIM. Please contact me on my cell phone: [protected] or mail me on email: [protected]@storagetech.org Was this information helpful?
