DEAR SIR, PEOPLE ARE KNOWN THAT RELIANCE IS A GOOD CO.AND BEST FOR ALL RELIANCE USER I AM SOUT FROM AN EVENT DATE 25TH JAN 2013 I RECHARGED MY A/C WITH 70RS,I GOT BALANCE OF 59.87/- I RECHARGE BECAUSE I WAS LISTIEN BEFORE RECHARGE VERRY WELL THAT IF I RECHRGE MY A/C WITH 70RS THEN I WILL GET EXTRA30RS MEANS 100RS, I WAS HEAR HEAR AN IVR SYSTEM ACCORDING TO IVR,I WILL GET 100RS ON THE RECARGE OF 70RS I WAS DIALLED 151515 FOR LATEST OFFER THEN AFTER 2 DAYS 28 TH JAN 2013 MY BALANCE WAS REMAIN 50RS BUT WHEN I CHECKED IT AT EVENING MY BALANCE WAS REMAIN 15RS ONLY I WAS VERY SHOCKED ABOUT THIS EVENT I JUST CALLED TO YOUR EXECUTIVE HE TOLD ME THAT YOUR BALANCE WILL BE REFUND WITHIN 2 DAYS BUT STILL NOW I DID NOT GET MY BALANCE BACK PLS HELP ME ON 30TH JAN 2013 WHEN I AGAIN CHECKED MY BALANCE I FOUND MY BALANCE WAS REMAIN ONLY 5RS I AM VERY SURPRISED ABOUT THESE EVENT FACED BY ME I THINK RELIANCE3 IS A FRAUD CO. I AM TRYING TO CALL HIS EXECUTIVE BUT AUTOMATICALLY AFTER IVR RESPONSE MY CALL BEING DISCONNECT AGAIN AND AGAIN PLS HELP ME WITHOUT ANY PRESSING ANY BUTTON HOW THAT POSSIBLE FOR FURTHER DETAIL CALL ME-[protected] OR CALL-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
