[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Deduct of late payment charge

Dear all,,
I Pritam Das,My mobile no is [protected].My bill peroid from 18th to 17th of next month.Bill generate date on 18th of every month and due date is 5th of next month.But i have received the bill after due date from reliance co every month.so I pay the bill after receiving of the bill.I received the bill amount via sms before due date.Reliance customer care request to me for paying the bill amount with in due date.In this position how can I make the payment without see my bill?So late payment charge is adding with next bill.

I am totally confuse that where was my fault?Is it my fault that I am a reliance customer?
please releif me from reliance..
