Sir/Madam,
Yesterday i.e. 7th April at 9pm I saw my balance 130/-. After that I only did some sms & facebook from my mobile. In my number sms pack of 39/- & facebook application pack of 16/- is subscribed. But after that at 10pm I saw my balance deducted to 120/-. That time I called the customer care but they told that there system upgradation is going on so to call later. After that again I accessed facebook from my phone. Again at 11pm I called the customer care & that time they told me that my balance is 115/-. Means again 5/- deducted without my knowledge but they could not assist me coz their system upgradation was still going on. After that again I accessed facebook application from my phone. After that I checked my balance but it was still 115/-. After that again I called at nearly 11:30pm & the customer care executive for not being able to assist me transferred my call to his senior. Then I talked & told my problem to the senior. After keeping me on hold for nearly 10-12 mins he told that my balance was deducted due to use of facebook & gave me a website www.m.facebook.com for accessing facebook in future. I told him that my balance never got deducted before for accessing fb but he told that that was beneficial for me. I questioned him that after my balance reached 115/- I again accessed fb but still my balance is 115/-. That means there system has a problem for which I am losing my money after being subscribed to packs.Than I told to refund my 15/- but he told that he will not refund my 15/-. I told that I will complain to the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum but he told to complain.
Please look into this matter & give me justice.
