Reliance Communications — Unwanted packages

I have been using reliance cdma phone for the past one year. Suddenly i found that they have deducted rs 30 from my account and one messages comes that i have subscribed for jokes pack @ 30 per month. I did not call these people and also i did not sent any message for that. i asked them about this and they told that i only subscribed for that and the response of the executive was very bad. they did not refund my money also. i want to complaint against them for this my number is [protected].
