Reliance Communications — STD Pack and deduction of balance | |||
Hi, I am using reliance GSM no since last year .lase few days i recharge std pack but i did not get any benefit of std plan .also lots o[censored]nwanted calls coming in my cell .i complaint lots of time to customer care but they do nothing in this matter.also they are calling in number and if the call is pick by chance they activate any one their packs subscription.last day they charged me 49 Rs for why i dont know they said you subscribe a pack what i did not do it.so pls take action in this matter .reliance is big name but they are not well servicee provider ,that the truth.
