[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Disconnection of broadband connection | |||
Hi, I had submiited a request for disconnection of my reliance broadband connection in March 2013. They told me that you will receive a call from reliance for the confirmation however I never received a call and the connection has not been disconnected as of today 2nd Oct 2013. Then I again submitted a complaint in May 2013 vide complaint #[protected] and again got no response. Not sure why it takes so much effort to get a connection disconnected. Should I be calling everyday at reliance customer care to get my connection disconnected. I had also written an email to reliance customer and got no response from there as well. I keep getting calls to pay the bills for the period I have not used the service for. I have paid the bills till april 2013 as you need to clear all the dues before the service can be terminated. I am planning to file a case in consumer court again reliance for not disconnecting after so many requests and giving me threats of legal action against me.
