Reliance Communications — Disconnection of my number (sim)

My Name is Ramesh Dedhia and my No. with rcom is [protected].I have been using this number for more then 3 yrs and during past 10 days (i.e from 06/11/12) my phone has been disconnected both incoming and out going call has been blocked.After going to reliance gallery they informed me that my number has been canceled and it cannot be given back and reason was i had to submit them required doc for verification a week back, which they had sent a notice via sms which i didn't ever get.They didn't even called. so please help me as i want that number back as it was my business number,and want the explanation that how come they give a working number to other person without even giving proper notice as the papers required were submitted 2 times in past.

i already wrote what u have asked i[censored] have read clearly.
My complain is Discontinue of my number [protected] my name Ramesh Dedhia, due to reason given by ur gallery is papers not submited but if paper were not submitted then how can my number was uninterrupted for 3yrs. and my knowledge says i have given all req. papers during activation.My no is discontinued on 06/11/12 now while my several attempts to get that number has failed and ur gallary has not at all help full kandivali east branch i m fed up of rcom now but it was my business number very important i want it back at any cost plz help me and do revert back..
