Respected Sir/ Madam,
I have Reliance GSM prepaid and my phone number is [protected]. I recharged my account with Rs.81 for internet services on 16/07/2010 12:55:32 PM from www.rechargeitnow.com through internet banking and my transaction id is 2657368. My account got deducted with Rs. 81 and i got a message on my mobile that the recharge has been done. From that day onwards I am not able to surf the internet. Every time i called their customer care i get different answers regarding my problem and one of the representative told me there was a problem in their GPRS services. They gave me a complaint number[protected] and told me that my problem will be solved within 3 days, but my internet pack will be deactivated till then. So, I am asking that will I get a refund or an extension for this as I paid the money and Reliance did not provide the service ? Please look into these matter as it is not happening only to me there a lots of people who are facing this problems from service providers and they don't what to do or where to complain and hence the Mobile service providers are gaining profit without providing any kind of service.
