[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unwanted recharge of internet pack | |||
My mob no is [protected].I was unable to deactivate internet pack M51 from my no on 17th and 18 th then I started to contact [protected]@relianceada.com for deactivation.They assured me of deactivation by mail and phone as well.I also checked from myself also.Again after 5 days one msg started to come like activation of that internet pack which was unable to renew due to insufficient balance.Then I again mailed to [protected]@relianceada.com,gsm.[protected]@relianceada.com about my problem.Then my I recharged my mobile and at midnight I got msg of renewal M51 pack.It deducted Rs.51.And now they are saying that no pack is running on your mob no and no amount has been deducted.However when I call to 198 which is tollfree complaint booking no of reliance communication,they are saying that we can't return Rs.51 because it is not showing in my record.They are just making fool.Please do something in this regard.
