Reliance Communications — extra charges in bill without any information | |||
i have taken a reliance netconnect+ some days ago on the plan of rupees 250 a month but i received a bill of rupees 391, description of the bill monthly rental 250, value added services(vas) 98.32 , taxes 43.06. can i know what are the vas services that you are providing which i have not opted for . i would like to know that is this your company policy to cheat customers everytime . last month i got a bill without any usage and now i am being charged more than i should.please see to the issue and take the action. name dilip kumar netconnet+ id [protected] place hyderabad Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir,
I have the mobile connection of reliance GSM connection. A day before yesterday reliance server has some problem. The problem was that the reliance sim doesnot work, mobile shows to insert the sim as it is already inserted.
A day after, we go the reliance office where they charged us Rs. 60 for the extra sim of the different number.
Many of people gathered there for the same problem. My question is that why should we pay extra when the problem not occured from our side. It is not the way to sell the connections to their customers. Plz look into the matter and advise me as well.
