The 1st bill raised to me was exactly as per the plan and I was satisfied (the details are pasted for your reference)

The 2nd bill raised to me was a problem and I called up in Customer Care and also visited the Webworld but I was told that the plan has changed. But any such intimation of change in plan was not communicated to me (the details are pasted for your reference)
