This is to bring to your notice that our Postpaid reliance Golden Number[protected] for which we paid to purchase has been disconnected permanently by reliance team without any prior information. when i asked reason for termination they told me they will check and let us know While calling on your 24 hours helpline number, we were told to visit the reliance web world. your team at reliance web world has told me that the number is disconnected permanently and can not be reconnected again. This is not the service I was expecting from Reliance. however we want our no.[protected] back.......Take this matter urgent and soon resolve the same. Your early Action is highly appreciated. we need my number back.
