To whom so ever it may concern,
I am Aakash, customer of reliance GSM services.

I am writing this mail to file a complain against your agents(customer care) as they are not able to solve my queries and also their behaviour is not satisfactory.
My balance was deducted many a times.
I have following cases...
1. The caller tune services provided by reliance when anyone calls on the no. [protected]
one can clearly hear the computer genrated words-
"yaha sunai jane wali caller tunes hai bilkul free wo bhi pure 7 dino ke liye, aur apko dena hoga 10rs ka masik shulk song downloading ke liye pure 7 dino ke baad"
but sir/madam,
when I selected the tune for testing or experimenting(as it is free for 7days), and mind you I hadn't downloaded the song, then at that time rs. 10 had been deducted from my balance.
That was totaly wrong.
At your agents(customer care- 198) was not able to understand my query at that time and most importantly many of those even dosen't know about this service(facility) of free caller tune for 7 days.
Thier behaviour was totally rude.
One of your agent "SURAJ" doesn't know the way of speaking.
Our conversation at 20th oct,2010, around 11:40 pm-
Suraj-"hum aise koi scheme nahi dete free caller tune ki"
Me-"[protected]" pe esi scheme hai ap call kareke dekh lo
Suraj- hum kyun call kare jisse aapne baat ki hain ussi se complain karo
Me- par sir woto computer genreted hai koi manually waha baat nahi karta.
Suraj- toh computer se baat karo.
Is this the way of talking or treating the customer.
I am sending this mail to request you to please refund my balance my complaint no. at that time was[protected] that was unentertained.
2. My 2nd complain is also for balance deduction. I have a plan of 99rs for net surfing("FREE SURFING")..
Even though I have the above mentiond plan, still sometimes my balance gets deducted for net surfing(only surfing, not downloading) in parts of 10paises..
I had coplained for these cases many a times at your no. 198 but no satisfactory action was taken in favour of me.
My complaint no. for this query was[protected] and[protected].
Kindly refund my balance.
3. My 3rd complain is- on 29th oct,10 I recharged my no. with a top up of rs.20, with that topup I got reliance 2 reliance free 10min for night calling.
At 11:15p.m I made a call of 33sec. that means still 9 mins are left with me.
After that I made a call of 11min 55sec sec out of which 9 min are free and my GSM plan is of 1re/3min. That means out of 11min 55sec, 9min are free and for rest of 2min 55sec re.1 should had been deducted from my account, but at that time 2rs was dedudted.
And when I called customer care then again same case as they are not able to satisfy me or solve my problem.
These are my 3 prblems or complaints.
Kindly refund my balance of
rs10 for case1(caller tune)
rso.60 for case2 deduction for net surfing(6*0.10=0.60)
re1 for case3
That means a total amount of rs 11.60.
Waiting for right action.

RELIANCE GSM, CCE ARE VERY BAD, RUDE BEHAVOIUR, WRONG INFORMATIONRS. 15 DEDUCT ON ON 05-JAN-2010, REASON MISSED CALL INFO, ACTIVE BY THEM SELF, & ASK TO C.C.E TO REFUND RS. 15 & DEACTIVE MCI,, BUT AS USUAL LIKE COMPANY AS THERE EXECUTIVES,

& RUDE BEHAVIOUR BY SUNIL CCE OF R.GSM .
THEY SERIOUSLY DONT HAVE ETHIQUETE TO TLK TO COUSTOMER
