[Resolved] Reliance Communications Gsm Mobile Services — Call Conference & Bad Voice Quality | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I bought Reliance GSM number one month back earlier I was using your Reliance CDMA postpaid number but after knowing this that Reliance has launched free calling service in GSM as well I purchased this number. But sorry to say I am not satisfied with Reliance GSM services, from day one I am facing network related issues also I have a concern for call conference facility on my number. I had requested many times to Reliance customer care as well as visited to their Daryaganj web world to activate call conference on my number but it is not activated so far. Many times I had send the mails to their grievance cell but there is no positive response/solution received so far. These are the Service Request IDs[protected] and[protected] for network and call conference related issues provided by Reliance. Following are the reference numbers against my mails which has been send to Reliance of following E-Mail addresses. [protected]@relianceada.com Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com [protected]@relianceada.com “'ADAG=[protected]'Reference” reference number against mail “ADAG=[protected]'Reference” reference number against mail Kindly let me know what to do now, shall I discontinue this number and switch to other Services provider who can provide me the services better than Reliance or else I have to wait for the solution of my queries. If they are taking the money from customers than why cannot they provide the good services? "We believe in taking care of our customer needs first." This is the slogan from received in each mail from Reliance but according to your slogan in mail these are only words for them in writing and not in real they believe in services. I would request you to kindly take necessary action against Reliance and give them direction to provide the good services to their customers. Would request you to kindly do the needful. There is no conference facility available on Reliance GSM/prepaid.
Reliance Mobile — network quality
no network signal for last 30 days which starts at around 11.30 pm and stays till 5.00am.3 complaints were made to the customer care service and they claimed that the problem was solved. however no improvement has been done so far.

Reliance Communication ltd. Mobile GSM service provider — GSM mobile service is so bad.
Dear Sir,Here i jumped from Idea to reliance GSM to pick up the full signal everywhere, but i am now disappointed no tower for gsm service anywhere in India, only cdma comes out, but the cell point shows the display tower "Reliance" no incoming /outgoing may it shows the cdma tower point.
I asked the cc of Reliance they replied that for the gsm service still the tower plantation is work in progress when it will be completed, hopeless, before the setup of gsm tower, reliance started to sell the gsm sim.
