Reliance Communications — GSM SMS Pack | |||
This is Kashyap Sanghani. On my Reliance GSM no. [protected], on 8th February,2013 I recharged with 19 Rs. for Renewal of my SMS pack. According to SMS pack that I had been subscribng for last so many months the charge per SMS was 5p but i didn't get the same facility for this time. It was some 190 SMS free given to me. It was their responsibility to inform their existing subscriber of any pack if there are any changes. Now the point is that i have UNKNOWINGLY subscribed for the pack which i don't like and according to my analysis not preferable. So it was waste of money and time for me. I was in trouble and confusion for a while because of irresponsible behavior of Reliance Communication. Was this information helpful? | |||
