Reliance Communications Gsm — Whatsapp RS16Plan activated still being charged for using Whatsapp

I have activated Whataspp & Facebook plan of Rs.16 on 27-Nov by dialing *777*16#.
I received confirmation message stating

"Recharge of Auto renewal pack of Rs16 successful Enjoy free surfing of Whataspp and Facebook.
Renewal after 30days. Reliance"

and my balance got deducted too.

Why i m still charged for using Whatsapp even after my pack is being activated.

I have activated your pack after referring the details on your website: http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/prepaid/PlansandPacks.html

My Reliance phone number is [protected].

Either give me my balance back or dont charge me for using the service when i have already paid for it.
