Reliance GSM Mobile Service — Unwanted & Unsolicited Calls

I had Reliance GSM connection having no [protected]. The company bussiness promotion unit is calling me at very often for subscribing to this or that facility very often. The nos are as follows [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], +[protected], [protected]. After blacklisting these numbers I got calls from other similiar nos . really its becoming an headache for me. Also SMSs from this company is pouring like rain requesting to choose somthing or the other. Today one message pop up which reads like this " You have been subsribed for EXAM pack at Rs. 10/10 days. To deactivate send UNSUB EXAM to 56300( toll free)." The fact is that I had never asked for any subsription of this nature. This tactis is being used by the company to steal the money in my pre paid account. This is really not fare practice of the company. Please help me in this regard.
