Reliance Communications — halting of downloading in between.. | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am using reliance GSM service since its launch in Maharashtra. Last time I had complained about downloading getting disconnected. Now its fine. thanks to reliance for that. But now, though it is not getting disconnected at all but the downloading halts at 0kb/ps in between and never rises. This forces me to disconnect the USB data card and again connect. I tried it in my Mobile also. but the same is happening. Customer care had told me that it will be solved by 7th of February but even now it is not solved. My number is [protected]. Kindly solve the issue as earliest as possible, because every time we recharge for monthly pack and face the same problem. Refer above complaint.. The same downloading problem has started yet again. Also the downloading speed is very poor. Kindly requesting to have a permanent solution on this. My Internet SIM number is [protected]. and contact number is [protected]/[protected].
