Now even after 16 months I have not received my refund of security deposit and excess billing amount money. Whenever I contact Reliance customer care by e-mail regarding the same new service request ID such as[protected] is generated everytime. Once the financial period is over, reliance have very limited authority to access your files and make any transactions/refunds.
The service request no. will always put you in a que and most of the time they are just ignored. Sorry to say that but this is the kind of service you would get from reliance.
I would suggest you make a complete file with all the details, write an application, go to any reliance centre and ask them to fax it to the head office in front of you.
And wait for the call for next 72 hours. If nothing happens you can take that file to district consumer forum, and file a case. It would take long, and your involvement too, but it might get you your refund, and the value of your time and efforts, in monetary terms.
Let me know the progress.
Thanks!
