[Resolved] Reliance Communications — High data usage charged by reliance GSM without use and bill exceeding credit limit | |||
My Relationship number is [protected] and I have received a bill dated 11-JAN-2013 of 4923.00 Invoice number[protected] I have been using reliance CDMA service for last 8 years and changed to Reliance GSM recently. My average bill was Rs 700 to Rs 1000 per month in all these years. Suddenly this month I get a bill of approx. 5000 and my outgoing call gets deactivated. I think the operating performance of Reliance GSM is not great and they are charging flase bills to the customer just to make money by wrong business practice. The credit limit set by reliance on by number is Rs. 2700 which is supposed to be limit post which they are supposed to stop all outgoing service and the loss o the customer is capped. How is my bill more than my credit limit. The company does not have any technology to save customer interest. Have heard things are worse in Reliance GSM prepaid where they deduct random value added service charges even if you don’t request. Will never recommend reliance GSM to anyone. Please beware - if they can do this to their loyal customer with such a long relationship, means things are very bad with companies finance and they are trying all the means to service. But with these practice the end will come sooner than later. Any way have called them 8 times in last 2 day. Will update you guys one the complaint is resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
