Reliance Communications — unnecessary phone bill

I had made a complaint regarding the same issue some days back and i was assured of solving my problem.But as always expected these relaince communication is making humongous revenue which is totally illegal.
My phone was not working since the last one month against which we have made several complaint but to no avail.After registering my complaint with the consumer forum i was assured of action but all i recieved was an old phone set and the same bill which i have been asking to be waived off.
To top it all after i got a phone set in my home i started getting call from reliance office that we will have to pay for the set which has absolutely no features.
Please solve my problem.

Sir/ Madam,

We had a reliance landline phone set since a long time but recently we started facing problem with the phone set.Even after several complaints made to the reliance communication regardig the phone our problem remained the same.The phone was lying unused since the last twenty days and now when i wanted to disconnect the phone we are asked to pay the phone bill even for the time when our phone was not working because of them.
We have registered a complaint to the nodal officer also but to no avail.
Please look into the matter and solve our problem.

This is what i have been hearing since the last one month but nothing has happened till date.But this time i just hope and wish you guys solve my problem.

This is ridiculous.These reliance people just dont do anything and all they do is to send the same message over & over again.I have already recieved the same reply twice but no action have yet been taken.
