Reliance Communications — Extremely bad and false service | |||
Sir! This is to inform the authorities concerned that the Reliance telecommunications have deducted Rs 10/- from my account with the tel no---[protected] (pre-paid connection) without my consent or knowledge for jokes pack. When this was informed to the customer care, they said that it will be taken care but nothing was done so far to get this fixed. I had spoken to the Reliance executive "Mr.Meghraj" on Sep-01-2010 evening and after 2 days Mr.Vijay--one of the executives also confirmed about the refund of the money. On Sep-05-2010, I spoke to the supervisor---Sripad about the same who was trying to hide the executive's mistake. Every call from the customer is recorded but inspite of that these people are looting the subscribers like anything. Is there any one who can help in this matter? Earlier also, in the month of June, when a complaint was raised, an amount of Rs 30/- was refunded. Is this the way Reliance plays fraud with their customers?
