Reliance Communications — Inappropriate Business Conduct | |||
My Name is Sujeet. I have a GSM RELIANCE phone number [protected]. I recieved an sms from RM 651234 stating, " Enjoy all India UNLIMITED R-R calls! Just recharge with Rs. 497 and get Unlimited Local/STD R-R Calling for 30 days. Limited Period Offer. Recharge today. Reliance GSM." My office saw the sms and got the recharge done after five days (3rd May 2012), and the money got deducted. And when I am asked for a refund, the Customer Care said they cannot do anything about it. I simply asked them to give the balance into my mobile or reimburse the amount in any manner. But the Customer Care was relentless, saying they cannot do anything. Please help me out in this case. Reliance is Playing a Spoil by doing such negative things. Either they should not take the recharge, or they should give at least balance if the money is credited. Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance — inappropriate deduction of charges
I am prepaid customer of reliance with number [protected]. Company deducted rs. 59 from my account without my consent. When i asked the reason they told me that i have activated a service on the call received from reliance. But fact of the matter is I never received any call from reliance for such service activation nor i gave any consent to charge me for such service. This is completely a fraud which is being done to innumerable customers of reliance prepaid. would request you to look into this matter and take strict action against telecom company Reliance for such frauds where they are inappropriately deducting money from customers and violating consumer rights.59%

RELIANCE-GSM — Inappropriate charges
I have a reliance-gsm prepaid connection. On 7th of October I received a message regarding deduction of Rs.2/- from my account for activation of MKR services. I had send a message for deactivating it but again they deducted Rs.30/- from my account on 11th October. When i lodged a complaint of it in the customer care dept. i was told you will get the reimbursement within 2 days. I didnt got that and when i called again i was told u can complain anywhere. I am totally unhappy with these kind of deductions from my account.
