Hi,
My name is Vinayagam # 83,Pillayar koilstreet ,Arumbakkam Chennai 600 106
I have bought new internet connection plan 500 kbps @ Rs :499:00 on 20 th march from Reliance Communications, Which the internet is not even work from the first day, So i have registered my complaint for more than 3 times which the problem was not rectified but the complaint was closed by them without my intimation.so i decided to terminate the connection and also contacted the customer care executive and registered for termination on 05 April and also for Waiver of cash paid by me for 3 months. this issue was still in their process until when i called them on 30 th April. Please help me to get my cash as soon as possible.
