Reliance GSM — deduction of balance from my account
sir/madam,I bought a prepaid connection of reliance gsm number [protected] on 1st feb'11. I have been facing problem of balance deduction regularly. Whenever i call to lodge a complain they replied me that the service has been activated by me, which was not done by me. i have been facing a great loss.
I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged.

Reliance GSM — About internet
Dear sir,I have recharged my gsm account with 39 rs at friday for accessing internet, but the speed of internet is very poor that`s why i am not able to use internet properly.
And another grudge is when i call customer care there is no any responce providefrom there.
So, i am requesting to you plz shot out my problem.
