I am totally harrass from Reliance Communication poor service regarding internet Broadband. I am Pratap Chand my customer Id is[protected]. Internet is working on 1.30 pm Still not working From my request with Manjula my talk with Imtiyaz Khan Senior Level. He given the statement that all Punjab circle is dead your internet is working on 1.30 PM, but result is that my internet is not working that day on 1.30 PM. After that my complaint no dated 16/09/2013 my complaint no[protected] is still pending. My internet is not working. I said I already registered a complaint on dated 08/10/2013 i.e.[protected] he said your complaint is resolved and I urge if my complaint is resolved why my internet is not working I request to kindly my call is transfer with your seniors he said you ‘ok’ kindly hold please after 5 to 10 minutes he said sorry I cannot call with my seniors because my senior is on other call. He said I registered a new complaint. After that Reliance company send a bill of amount Rs. 829/- through mail. I am totally mentally harass & there is no provision from customer side only fade up. Monthly bill (copy enclosed). In the last moment I contact with you. Kindly solve my problem strictly. I shall be very thankful to you.
