[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Internet Not Working After 6pm | |||
Hello, My User ID is[protected]. Since the last 20 days my internet isn't working after 6pm to the next morning 8pm. I called up the customer care several times and gave numerous complaints and their executives just closed it without addressing it. After getting no response I contacted the Reliance secretariat and they promised me I will get a call from the local teams and they will update me. Its been 5 days since that promise and not a single call yet. Also I gave a request for an internal shifting of my connection in December and they happily closed the complain without addressing the issue. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

We tried calling you on the given number but we were unable to reach you, as per the confirmation received from the respective team, we wish to inform you that since your broadband connection was not working from 28-Mar 13 till 8-Apr-13.So we will not able to provide any waiver.
