[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — broadband connection not activated

i have taken broadband connection from reliance store M.I. road branch on12 2 2011 they ask me for address proof i gave my ration card photocopy . they gave connection after few days on 21st feb for some reason i went to the store they told me that i.d proof is not valid and give me some other proof i sent them my bank pass book copy next day but they disconnected my net work i complained the same they replied that there is net work problem,but when i enquired today (24.2.2011) they replied that we will proceed your application .they dint inform me about my first i.d. before and now giving 100 reasons i took this connection for a very very imp work to do in my laptop but failed to do the same for seer negliancy of reliance executive mr bhuri singh thanks subrata kumar roy.contact no [protected],[protected],e.mail [protected]@hotmail.com. broad band data card no [protected]
