Reliance Communications — without request any subscription

any time they subscribe any services without request and deduct amount of money ,and when we communicate with customer care they does not give any response ant make fun.when we try again and again they avoid our call.....plzzz don't purchase reliance SIM ,i have suffer with that ,so i dont want that you suffer....there should be action against reliance company and customer care,because they don't know how to speak with customer.
