[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — NON REDRESSAL OF COMPLAINT REGARDING HIGH BILLING

I had submitted a complaint to Reliance Communication Ltd., at their customer care email address on 12.4.2011, regarding inflated Bills raised by the Company.


After that I have sent REMINDERS to the Company on 13.4.2011, 14.4.2011, 16.4.2011, 21.4.2011, 22.4.2011 & 25.4.2011, but the company has not bothered to do anything about my complaint.

The complaint that I had sent to the company is as under:

""" I have a postpaid no.[protected]. By this number very less outgoing calls are made, inspite of which, for the last 4-5 months, my bill has been coming of more than Rs. 500/- per month. I have lodged a complaint at your reliance store at M.I.Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan on 1.4.2011 and the complaint no. is[protected]. I was assured that I would receive itemised bill for the last 3 billing cycles within 72 hours, however, it is more then 10 days now and I don't know when those 72 hours of Reliance Co., would end.

Kindly also inform me, as to how can I confirm whether the company is billing me properly, as I am very sure that I am receiving inflated bills.

It is expected that I would atleast now get some positive response from your company and both the issues would be addressed simultaneoulsy and properly. """

The aforesaid would show that the company Reliance Communication Ltd., is not at all bothered about its customers, but on the other hand, it seems that the company itself harasses its own consumers. Practices of Reliance on this aspect are seriously questionable. The aforesaid would also show that the company gives a damn about its customers.
