Reliance Communications — deduction from balance without any known reason | |||
I have a Reliance GSM sim No.[protected]. I recharged the card for Rs.50/- on 20.9.2010 but without making any call balance was reduced to Rs.17.86. Further for lodging my complaint to the service provider balance further reduced to Rs.16.30 however I was not connected to customer assistance. This is not first time, earlier also Rs.43/- were deducted from balance when free internet was offered to me.
