Respected Friends, I have done online recharge through http://myservices.relianceada.com where detail has been given as follow for Rs. 110/- Instant Recharge MRP (Rs.) 110 Admin Fee (Rs.) 2 Service Tax (Rs.) 10.27 Regular/Core Talktime (Rs.) 97.73 Addl/Promo Talktime (Rs.) Total Talktime (Rs.) 97.73 As information provided on website, I must get Talk time of Rs. 97.73 but surprising I got 110/- Rs. as promotional offer valid only for 10 days. This is none o[censored]se for me as I have recharged for Rs.110 for long time use & not for 10 days or not as a promotional talktime. I have register complain with company & service request id[protected] which will be solved in 48 hours. But friends it's third time within 6 months when I have complained against Reliance Network. Some time for refund/recharge amount or some time for call rate scheme not given offered to me when transfer to Reliance cdma to gsm or some time related with Recharge of Rs 33/- where information provided by reliance customer care & no scheme provided after recharge of Rs 33/-. In all above query, I have to fight & wasted my important time behind this. It's not proper one. I am very much disappointed with Reliance As information received from customer care regarding above complain that Our website is updated & You must contact customer care before recharging !! What A joke with us in this internet Era. I request Reliance Administrative staff to avoid such kind of mistake & give me talktime as information provided on website Was this information helpful? | |||
