Monthly rental charges for my connection [protected] are wrongly charged from 22/01/2011 to 08/05/2011.(i.e Rs.341.71). My actual billing plan is of 99. On April 26 i got my reliance CDMA connection converted to Reliance GSM connection. There after i received a bill for the period 9th April to 8th May. In that bill the monthly rental charges are calculated from 22nd January to 8th may. All the bills with their monthly charges till April 8th are paid by me. I have complained the matter with the Reliance web world , kollam on may 2011 and they have also registered the complaint. Still now there is no action regarding this complaint. Now another bill has also been generated i.e from 09/05/2011 to 08/06/2011 in which there is no change or waiver in the wrongly charged amount.
I don't know where to complaint about this matter. Even i contacted the customer care officials; they too don't know what to do in this matter - Offering a very poor kind of service.
The Reliance has given certain terms and conditions in the bills regarding the billing complaints. In that you have noted that if you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the customer care you can register a complaint with the nodal officer Ms. Deepa Suresh, Cochin with phone number[protected] and also Satish R Menon, Appelate Authority, Cochin with phone number[protected]. I have called these numbers many times. But none of them attended the calls. I don't know why the reliance has provided such prestigious post to them.
