Reliance Communications — Less data provided in reliance 123 3G internet | |||
Sir, i am a reliance gsm user and my reliance gsm moble no is [protected]. i have recharged Rs 123 for 1gb data on 02/10/2013 ( inspired from plan "3g in 2g price"). But i have only found 512 mb data in my gprs balance. i have tried several time to connect with reliance customer care but not connected abut this problem with customer care due to call drop when selecting 3g complain ( on 198 and pressing 9, 9, 1 ). here i think that reliance communication is only involved in doing fraud. they are not interested to give good services but only want money from its customer without proper service. ( This is my second complain. Each Time when i recharged then reliance is not given 3g data specified as in plan) Was this information helpful? | |||
