Reliance Communications — levied with late fees charges for rs 100, not sending the bills | |||
Dear team, I have a mobile number of reliance [protected] in name of Neelam gupta , but last month the company has charged me 100 rs as late fees fine . I had already informed to the customer care division that i am not recieving the bills since last 3 times. every time i call them they are keeping me on hold for 30 mins and not resolving my query,i called up on 11april and then 13 april so that i may convey my message and confirm the bill details , Some MR Abhilash picked the call and without resolving the query he kept me hold till 30min, i want to know on 198 what is the TAT for keeping the customer on hold,I am really upset with the things , its just their matter of making money from the customer, i will not pay the late fees charges ,Reliance team has to revert the same ,and ensure that i recieve the bills on time . else ill escalate the matter to higher ups also . neha [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
