Reliance Communications Limited — Activation o[censored]nwanted services

Dear Sir/Madam My Reliance GSM Mobile No. is[protected] I am using this no. for the past 10 months. But i am facing problem regarding activation o[censored]nwanted services by you. I have faced this problem several times in past on your network. Every time i used to call to customer care to deactivate these services & refund the balance deducted & Customer Care do the same they used to deactivate service & refund the balance every time. Till then i was quite satisfied that at least the company refund my balance. But this time Rs. 14 deducted by you on activation of SMS Pack & the same was not activated by me. This time When i made call to customer care to deactivate the service & refund the money they put me on hold for long time & after that have disconnected my call. This seems to be highly irresponsible behaviour from your side. So please refund my money at the earliest & in future if you continue this practice of activation o[censored]nwanted service i am sorry to say but i have to discontinue/port Mobile number. I would like to mention here that last time i talk to customer care was Ms. Jyoti after disconnection of call but she could not make sure that the money will be refunded.
