Reliance Communications Limited — Fraudulent charges

I am a subscriber of Reliance No. [protected]. On last 3 occasion they had deducted charges for downloading a game which I didn't downloaded & also I am using a basic phone which do not support download. On complaining they reversed the amount after deducting the sms charges, which I did not make. Again on 14.10.2013 they had deducted Rs. 15/- towards the game download along with sms charges of Rs. 3/-. It has become a regular practice of reliance to deduct charges for the services not demanded. Earlier on several occasion they had deducted charges towards many services which were not asked for. On complaining they reverse the charges but again in subsequent bills or recharge they charge the same charges. It is not possible for a consumer to regularly check balance & bill, of which reliance take advantage & charge exorbitantly on consumers for the services they haven't subscribed. Hence I request you to take appropriate action to curb the menace & credit of the charges deducted along-with necessary compensation towards mental harassment.
