I had called to reliance customer care to active the 3G Plan and they sent the confirmation of 3G plan activation but when I came to know that Plan was actually not active and they charged 3G service without Plan which is actually higher rates than normal rates.They sent the over charged bill to us and financially harassing to me.I mailed to reliance customer care ID two times and said to revise the bill but no respond comes, also I called to customer care for this matter but they said there was technical problem that is why there was no response...pls Tell me what to do...
