Reliance Communications — Fraud in billing

As everyone knows reliance and all its services are always fraud. The same result I am getting when I got connected to your services last time.
I was keeping track of all my data transfers since last one month, When I checked the download usage, I found it under 10 GB as its my download limit.
But after generating the bill when I tried to recheck, its shown me 13687922.35 of data usage and my bill is showing me the usage of 5430 Units with the
billing amount is 2,715.00. I am attaching my bill, the screenshot of the usage.
The funny thing is my credit limit is 3200 and my bill is 4200+.. how can I get more bill than mu usage limit !
I have requested Reliance to stop sending me the wrong bills and take a corrective action

I have already launched a complaint with no[protected] and talked with Muzammil [censored]i.

I have sent two emails to the email id netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceservice.co.in till date for the followup, but still there is no reply!

Reliance has ACCEPTED that the bill was wrongly generated and hence given me a discount in the bill!
