Reliance Communications — activation of various schemes without the consent of the user | |||
The balance in my account is showing negative despite of the fact that i had maintained enough of it. Having a talk with the customer care executive @ reliance i got to know that some absurd scheme was activated in my account with out my consent.This happens time and again and it proves that reliance does it intentionally with their customers. i know many people who have faced similar situations.If i had asked for the activation of the scheme, the customer care executives would have never lodged a complain for refund....If any one has sufficient balance in his/her account, he/she might not even notice the amount being deducted from their accounts under the pretext of such schemes which they have never activated! This is the trick that they use. I[censored] catch them they refund your amount if not, they happily continue doing so. This is purely unethical! and i demand an explanation for it.
